These are delicious, healthy, and look like a cookie sandwich which is enticing enough for any school aged kiddo!
Thinly slice your choice of apples, spread with your favorite nut butter (mine is peanut butter!), sprinkle with some granola and assemble your sandwich! When the afternoons get cooler, pair this with Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa and you will be the house that every kid in the neighborhood wants to stop by after the bus drops them off!
