Mocha Walnut Fudge

Every holiday season, I like to bake and prepare cookies and fudge to share with friends and family.  This fudge recipe was passed to me from my Mom as a quick and easy way to whip up a hand-made gift for loved ones.  I love to dress these up in a cute little cellophane bag, tie with ribbon and give as a small gift to my friends and co-workers!

You too, can make this “easy” fudge for a quick and handcrafted gift to share!

Ingredients

1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk

1 12oz bag dark chocolate chips

1 Tablespoon brewed Green Mountain Coffee® Mocha Nut Fudge coffee on a 4 oz setting

1 Teaspoon vanilla

1 Cup coarsely chopped nuts

Directions

In a large, glass, microwave-safe bowl mix the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Microwave on high for two 30 second increments, stirring each time.  After mixed, add the vanilla and brewed coffee. Add the walnuts last.  Scrape into a 9 x 9 inch glass or metal pan with very square edges lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 3-5 hours. Removed from pain, cut into 1 x 1 inch squares.
