Mocha Dipped Strawberries

As we move into the summer berry season, we are looking for as many excuses as possible to eat strawberries! And while you might not expect strawberries and coffee to be a match made in heaven, believe us when we tell you: IT IS.

We dare you to give this recipe a try and tell us you aren’t a convert…

Mocha Dipped Strawberries


1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

3 Tablespoons heavy cream

3 Tablespoons brewed coffee from a K-Cup® pod like Green Mountain Coffee® Dark Magic

12 perfectly ripe strawberries


Melt the chocolate and heavy cream together in a bowl and set over simmering water until just melted. Gently stir in the brewed coffee and remove from heat. Dip each strawberry in the chocolate mixture and set aside on waxed or parchment paper to dry.
