Easy Vanilla and Mint Chip Affogatos featuring Cafe Bustelo® Espresso Roast

Summertime means eating all the ice cream! We have two of the easiest Affogato recipes you could make! Whether you’re a vanilla fan or more of a mint chip lover, we have you covered to cool off on those hot summer days.

Vanilla Affogato

Ingredients

1 to 2 scoops vanilla ice cream or gelato

1 Cafe Bustelo® Espresso Roast K-Cup® pod

Ground cinnamon

Directions

Scoop ice cream into espresso cup or dessert dish.

Brew coffee on smallest cup size setting using your Keurig® brewer, and into a coffee mug.

Pour desired amount of coffee over ice cream.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Mint Chip Affogato

Ingredients

1 to 2 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream or gelato

1 Cafe Bustelo® Espresso Roast K-Cup® pod

Directions

Scoop ice cream into espresso cup or dessert dish.

Brew coffee on smallest cup size setting using your Keurig® brewer, and into a coffee mug.

Pour desired amount of coffee over ice cream.
