Autumn Harvest Maple White Chocolate Mocha

Our friend, Melissa Placzek, blogger and owner of, has just shared with us this autumnal hot beverage, using your Keurig® brewer and 1 Green Mountain Coffee® Autumn Harvest K-Cup® pod!



2 Tablespoons white chocolate chips

1/3 cup to 1/2 cup milk (Melissa used unsweetened vanilla almond)

1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon pure maple extract

1 Green Mountain Coffee® Autumn Harvest Keurig K-Cup® pod

Melt the white chocolate chips in a little ramekin in your microwave. Heat the milk in a big mug. Whisk the chocolate into the hot milk. Add maple syrup and maple extract. Stir well.


Brew the Autumn Harvest K-Cup® pod with your Keurig® brewer on the 4 or 6 oz. beverage. Pour brewed coffee into the chocolate maple mixture. Stir well. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon, and a cute maple cookie. YUM!
